1.Introduction

PROMEX STUDIO ("we", "our", or "the Developer") provides the mobile application "Betclic" (the "App"). This document describes what information we collect, how we use it, and when we share it.

The App uses a hybrid architecture. Native Android components work alongside web content shown through Google Chrome Custom Tabs. These two parts communicate securely via Digital Asset Links (DAL).

2.What We Collect and Why

We gather only essential technical data to keep the App running properly. We never collect usage patterns, browsing activity, or anything you do inside the web content.

2.1 Technical Data Collected Automatically

• IP Address: Used temporarily to diagnose network issues and estimate approximate region. No permanent storage.
• Device Details: Model name, Android version, screen size.
• Language Settings: Device language and regional preferences.

2.2 Diagnostic Information

• Crash Reports: Firebase Crashlytics sends us anonymized crash data and performance logs. No personal information is linked to these reports.

3.Chrome Custom Tabs and Web Content

Web content from https://sportsaredsapp.com/sport_data appears inside Google Chrome Custom Tabs.

• We cannot see your Chrome history, cookies, saved logins, or any personal data stored in Chrome.
• We do not monitor which pages you view or your actions on the web content.
• Your activity inside Chrome Custom Tabs follows Google Chrome's own privacy rules: Google Chrome Privacy Notice (opens in a new tab).

4.Who Handles Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Data is handled only by:

• PROMEX STUDIO Infrastructure – short-term server logs
• Google Firebase Crashlytics – crash reporting
• Google Chrome – showing web content (subject to Google's policies)

5.Privacy Policies of Third Parties

Our App relies on external services. Each has its own privacy rules. We encourage you to read them.

5.1 Google Firebase Crashlytics

Firebase Crashlytics sends us crash reports and technical metrics to help us fix bugs.

• Data collected: Crash traces, device model, OS version, app version, timestamps
• Purpose: Stability fixes and performance improvements

5.2 Google Chrome Custom Tabs

When you use Chrome Custom Tabs, Google may collect data as described in its policies.

• Possible data: Browsing activity, cookies, saved passwords, autofill entries (if signed into Chrome)
• Important: PROMEX STUDIO cannot access any of this data. Google and your Chrome account settings control it completely.

5.3 Digital Asset Links (DAL)

DAL is a security check that confirms the App is allowed to connect with https://sportsaredsapp.com/sport_data.

• Data collected: None. It is purely a verification protocol.
• Purpose: Security and preventing fake apps from pretending to be the web domain.

6.How Long We Keep Data

All technical data and logs are automatically deleted or made anonymous after 90 days.

The App does not have user accounts. To stop any future data collection, simply uninstall the App. Existing data will disappear within the 90-day window.

7.Children Under 13

This App is designed for users 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us data, contact us immediately.

8.Policy Updates

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will appear with a new "Last Updated" date. Using the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
